For more than two decades, I have worked across real estate development, hospitality, resort operations, and sales leadership in both Canada and Mexico.

My career has taken me from resort operations in Whistler, Vancouver and Mexico to the commercialization and sale of residential and tourism developments along Mexico's Pacific Coast.

Throughout that journey, I have helped launch and position real estate projects, build sales and operational teams, support buyers and investors, and contribute to the long-term success of destination-driven communities.

Today, through AGC Consulting and Mar de Palma, I help connect people with opportunities, insights, and relationships that support informed real estate decisions and long-term value creation.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across hospitality, resort operations, real estate development, sales leadership, and project commercialization in both Canada and Mexico.

My experience includes leadership and advisory roles within luxury hospitality brands, destination communities, beachfront residential developments, master-planned communities, and boutique real estate platforms.

I have participated in the commercialization, operation, positioning, and sale of more than 100 residences and homesites across multiple projects and phases, while helping buyers, investors, and development teams navigate complex decisions and long-term objectives.

This combination of operational, commercial, and development experience allows me to evaluate opportunities through a broader lens than property alone.
